how does it work?

after you fill out the catering inquiry, our team will reach out to you regarding the details of your event, including the desired menu*. once the details are settled and the estimate has been provided, you’ll receive an invoice to complete booking as well as a service agreement.

please note that a retainer of 50% is due at the time of booking to secure your event in our calendar. the remaining balance will be due two weeks (14 days) prior to your event.

we do not offer service at this time. for delivery, travel rates may apply. all food will arrive in disposable trays for your convenience. catering does not include plates, utensils, serve ware etc.

with your catering order, we will include a complimentary bottle of our signature barbecue sauce.
